Personal touch
Relocating to a new country is a big step. CloudFive is specialized in this process. Together with our partners we arrange topics such as the visa (if needed) and housing. We give everyone a smooth arrival by welcoming them at the airport.
The expat will have 1 dedicated contact at CloudFive who will guide the person through the relocation process. CloudFive will give maximum support, so your new employee can have a 100% focus on their job and make sure they perform well.

Intake of needs
We try to understand your needs. We give advice about what is possible and what not and about cultural differences. We define that together.
Recruitment
We go search for your new employee. We mainly choose an active strategy. It means we go search for the professional actively instead of posting a job and waiting for the person to apply.
Interviewing stage
In case someone has shown interest a first interview will be conducted by CloudFive. If we think there is a match we will propose the professional to you with CV, background information, ambitions, outcome personality questionnaire etc. The interviewing stage is always a customized process depending on how you want to deal with this.
Decision
A decision has to be made. Do you think the professional will match the company? Great! We will start up the relocation process.
Relocation process
Probably you want the professional to start as soon as possible. First thing we do is applying for the visa in case a visa is needed. Besides visa there is also 1 other important aspect: housing! Together with our partners we will help you find suitable housing.
Airport pick-up
We give the professional a warm welcome in the Netherlands by picking them up at the airport.
Start working
The professional will start working shortly after their arrival.
Setting-up
We help your new employee to set-up in the Netherlands. An appointment at the city hall has to be made for your social security number. You need to open a bank account. You have to collect your residence card at the immigration office. Maybe you need help with finding a school or day care for your children?
Obtain direct employment
The professional is in the Netherlands for a while now and is feeling comfortable.
